AssetWise Hosts Foundation Stone Ceremony for “KAVALON” — A Landmark Campus Condo Next to Bangkok University, with EIA Approval and Full Construction Underway
AssetWise Public Company Limited (AssetWise) held an auspicious foundation stone-laying ceremony for its latest flagship project, “KAVALON”, a grand-scale campus condominium located right next to Bangkok University.
Leading the ceremony was Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise (center), joined by Mr. Sompong Wongtraipot, Deputy Managing Director of Visavapat Co., Ltd. (left), and Mr. Ronakorn Chatsuwanakit, Managing Director of The Promise Plus Consulting Co., Ltd. (right).
Also in attendance were AssetWise’s executive team and key partners behind the project, including DB STUDIO, COLLABORATION, and SWA AND ASSOCIATES, who came together to participate in the sacred ritual to bless the site.
The project has already received Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval, and construction is now progressing at full speed. The KAVALON condominium is expected to be completed and ready for handover by Q4 2026.
