In addition to developing projects in Bangkok, its metropolitan areas, and the EEC region, ASW has reached another milestone by expanding into Phuket — a global tourism hub with strong economic potential and continuously growing housing demand.
The acquisition of a major stake in Raimon Property (TITLE), a leading developer of Leisure Residences, marks a pivotal turning point that further strengthens ASW’s position.
TITLE has deep insights into international buyers and a loyal customer base, while ASW excels in project development, design, and offering “more than expected” facilities.
The combination of both brands’ strengths creates a powerful synergy that propels ASW’s growth with long-term stability. 💪
Since 2023, ASW and TITLE have jointly developed more than 13 projects with a total value of 39 billion baht.
Many of these projects have sold out rapidly, generating a backlog exceeding 15.8 billion baht, to be recognized as revenue through 2030. 📈
In 2025, ASW continues to expand in Phuket with 6 new projects worth 13.2 billion baht.
