Phuket Drives AssetWise Continued Growth, Posting 9-Month Revenue of THB 6.25 Billion

Company Moves Forward in Final Quarter to Achieve Full-Year Target, Launching 3 New Projects in Phuket Worth THB 9.7 Billion to Capture the High Season

AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW) announced its operating results for the first nine months of 2025, reporting total revenue of THB 6.25 billion, net profit of THB 689 million, and total sales of THB 17.47 billion. The company currently holds a backlog worth THB 32.86 billion, to be gradually recognized through 2027. ASW has also expanded its plan to launch 11 new projects in 2025, worth a total of THB 23.6 billion, confident that the real estate market continues to be supported by the strong recovery of the tourism sector. In the final quarter, ASW is launching three new projects in Phuket with a combined value of THB 9.7 billion, targeting high-purchasing-power foreign buyers. The company is also preparing to transfer completed projects as planned, driving total revenue toward its full-year target of THB 10.5 billion. ASW believes its Phuket portfolio will strengthen the company’s stability and long-term growth.

Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading lifestyle real estate developer under the concept “We Build Happiness”, revealed that the company continues to perform in line with its strategic plan and deliver sustainable growth. In Q3/2025, ASW’s revenue grew 43% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), resulting in 9-month cumulative revenue of THB 6.25 billion and net profit of THB 689 million, with sales reaching THB 17.47 billion, accounting for 90% of the full-year target of THB 19.5 billion.

This strong performance was driven by efficient management of both newly completed and ready-to-move-in projects. Key contributors in Q3 included The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, a leisure condominium project in Phuket developed by Rompoth Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary of ASW, which has been generating revenue since late Q2 and continues to do so into the high season. Other successful projects include Atmoz Canvas Rayong and Kave Seed Kaset. As of the end of Q3, ASW’s backlog totaled THB 32.86 billion, which will be gradually realized through 2027.

Mr. Kromchet further stated that in the final quarter of 2025, ASW continues to prioritize residential development in strategic locations. The company has revised its project launch plan for 2025 upward to 11 projects with a total value of THB 23.6 billion, an increase of 7% from the initial plan. Of this, 18% are in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, while 82% are in Phuket. The shift reflects the strong potential of the Phuket market — a world-class destination offering diverse lifestyles, stunning natural attractions, convenient transport, and full amenities — making it highly attractive to foreign investors and long-stay digital nomads. This results in robust and sustainable demand across all market conditions.

In Q4/2025, ASW plans to launch three new leisure condominium projects in Phuket worth a combined THB 9.7 billion, namely:

  1. Coralina Kamala – A resort-style condominium near Kamala Beach offering both residential and investment appeal, comprising 564 units with a total value of THB 3.9 billion.
  2. The Title Sierra – Featuring 452 units with a total value of THB 2 billion.
  3. The Balcony Naiyang – Comprising 542 units with a total value of THB 3.8 billion.

In addition, ASW is preparing to transfer ownership of one newly completed project in Q4 — Kave Wonderland, a new condominium near Thammasat University, Rangsit, with a project value of THB 2.55 billion. Boasting one of the largest and most comprehensive common areas in the area, this project will serve as another key driver to help ASW achieve its revenue target of THB 10.5 billion for 2025.

Combined with the strong response to our recent Phuket launches, we are maintaining our growth momentum through continued investment in high-potential locations. We believe this approach will further strengthen ASW’s sales, revenue, and profitability — both this year and in the long term,” said Mr. Kromchet.
