BANGKOK, THAILAND — AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), led by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong and Ms. Phachara Prapunwattana, Senior Managing Director of ECCBU – Executive Condominium Business Unit, signed a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Tokyo Tatemono Thailand, a subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., represented by Managing Director Mr. Noriaki Handa. Under the agreement, ASW and Tokyo Tatemono hold 51% and 49% equity stakes, respectively, to develop “KAVE Bloom Kaset,” a new pet-friendly campus condominium near Kasetsart University (Bangkhen Campus).
Valued as a key strategic project in ASW’s campus condo portfolio, KAVE Bloom Kaset comprises 544 units designed around the ‘Lifestyle Community’ concept to support modern student and young professional lifestyles. Prices start at 1.99 million baht, with official bookings opening in late October 2026.
This joint venture marks the third collaboration between AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono Group, following Atmoz Oasis Onnut and KAVE COCO Bangsaen. The partnership underlines ongoing strategic cooperation and confidence in Thailand’s residential real estate market, particularly campus-adjacent condominiums with sustained real demand.
