AssetWise” is advancing with ongoing project development, joining forces with “Takara Leben,” a prominent Japanese developer, to extend robust growth, introducing the fourth joint venture project, “Modiz Vault Kaset – Sripatum,” a new pet-friendly condominium project situated adjacent to Kasetsart University and in close proximity to Sripatum University, valued at over 2.2 Billion Baht. They anticipate generating revenue from the project by the first quarter of 2026, building on the success of three previous joint venture projects and demonstrating confidence in the growth of the Thai real estate market.

The company has partnered with Takara Leben, a prominent real estate developer from Japan, to develop three condominium projects worth a total of over 5 Billion Baht. Currently, these projects have completed 100% construction and ready for move-in.

Takara Leben has consistently proven to be a reliable business partner. This marks the fourth joint venture project, with AssetWise holding a 51% stake and Takara Leben holding a 49% stake. Modiz Vault Kaset – Sripatum stands out for its prime location, nestled near Kasetsart University and Sripatum University, and situated adjacent to a newly constructed road linking Phaholyothin-Vibhavadi. It is conveniently close to the BTS Green Line, providing easy transportation access. Moreover, it offers access to various job opportunities and fulfills all aspects of a balanced lifestyle. One of its buildings also features a pet-friendly zone, catering to pet owners. Currently, the project has received EIA approval and is progressing with construction. It is anticipated to be completed and ready to generate revenue by the first quarter of 2026,” Mr. Kromchet said.
