Launches “AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase” — a model of joyful giving at the 11th “Thanon Pankan” event
AssetWise is reigniting the power of generosity with a new model of giving, expanding the “Pankan” store concept into the “AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase” — a space designed to inspire happiness and participation from all. The company joined forces with executives, celebrities, and business partners who donated personal items to the “Thanon Pankan” (Pankan Street) #11 charity fair. Proceeds from sales were contributed to scholarship funds for underprivileged Thai youth, helping reduce inequality and promote equitable education opportunities, while also encouraging sustainable reuse — aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To date, the initiative has granted over 617 scholarships, with AssetWise reaffirming its commitment to building long-term happiness for society.
Mr. Wut Viphanphong, Deputy Chief Sustainability and Environmental Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW) — a leading lifestyle real estate developer under the philosophy “We Build Happiness” — stated that the collaboration between Pankan and AssetWise, under the “Pankan x AssetWise” initiative, represents a prototype for a sharing-based community.
Established in partnership with Pankan Stores by Yuvabadhana Foundation, it encourages people to donate gently used items, converting them into scholarships for underprivileged children and youth.
Most recently, this effort evolved into the “AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase” — a happiness-sharing hub featuring donated personal belongings from executives, employees, business partners, and celebrities, available for purchase at “Thanon Pankan #11”. The proceeds went directly to educational funds, helping bridge social inequality and promote a circular economy through mindful reuse and upcycling.
Event Highlights
The “AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase” featured over 350 unique pieces, including bags, hats, clothing, jewelry, scarves, shoes, toys, and personal collectibles from beloved artists and influencers such as Toh Saksit, Bright Vachirawit, O-Thunaporn Vetsupaporn, Anna Sueangam-iam, Mooham Chotinapa, Nicha Phulphokha, Phonfa Punika, Dinsosee Panida, Miss International Thailand 2025, and members from the TPNG family, along with rare signed sports jerseys from BG Pathum United players.
The event, held at Seacon Square Srinakarin on October 18–19, drew an enthusiastic turnout of charitable shoppers and fans. Select items remain available at Pankan stores nationwide, continuing to spread the joy of giving.

“The Pankan x AssetWise store was born from our desire to grow sustainably alongside society — through collective action by our executives, employees, communities, and business partners since 2022,” said Mr. Wuthi. “Starting with our first branch at Mingle Mall, Rangsit, and now expanding into this Showcase, we have generated over 4,316,917 THB in sales and turned those proceeds into 617 educational scholarships for children and youth.
