Expanding into Hospitality with ASW & The Title

To create recurring income, ASW and The Title are extending their portfolio into the hospitality business, starting with:

  • The Salute – the first beach club at Nai Yang Beach (opening Q1/2026)
  • voco Phuket Bangtao Hotel under the IHG Hotels & Resorts group, with 175 rooms (expected opening 2029), along with plans for two additional hotels in Bang Tao and Kata
