AssetWise (ASW) has announced its 2026 business direction under the vision “EMPOWERING THE FUTURE,” aiming to strengthen its foundation for steady and sustainable growth. The company plans to launch 11 new projects in Bangkok and Phuket with a total value of THB 17.555 billion. Key highlights include the debut of new horizontal housing brands and the continued expansion in Phuket following the successful listing of its subsidiary, TITLE, on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
For 2026, AssetWise sets an ambitious sales target of THB 18.5 billion and a revenue target of THB 12.5 billion (19% YoY growth). With a robust financial position and a massive Backlog of THB 32.861 billion, the company is well-positioned for long-term expansion.
Reflecting on 2025: Surpassing Targets Amid Challenges
Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that despite a challenging real estate market in 2025, the company maintained strong momentum. ASW achieved total sales of THB 23.407 billion, exceeding the initial target by 20% and growing 21% year-on-year. This success was driven by efficient inventory management and a strategic surge in Phuket, led by subsidiary Rhom Bho Property PLC (TITLE), which contributed THB 13.015 billion in sales—a 69% increase from the previous year.
2026 Market Outlook: Signs of Recovery
“The 2026 real estate market remains stable, but we see positive signs from better market equilibrium,” said Mr. Kromchet. “Developers are focusing on inventory management and careful market analysis, reducing price competition. Meanwhile, real demand is gradually recovering. Lower global oil prices are helping control construction and logistics costs, and domestic factors like declining interest rates are boosting purchasing power.”

AssetWise plans to launch 11 new projects totaling THB 17.555 billion:
- Bangkok & Vicinity (5 Projects | THB 7.455 Billion):
- Focusing on the “Wise Park Rangsit” mixed-use mega-project (60 rai).

- Blessini Rangsit: A new brand of premium 2-story detached houses.
- Wise House Rangsit: A shop house project designed for the vibrant Rangsit University community.
- Phuket (6 Projects | THB 10.1 Billion):
- Capitalizing on the “Second Home” and investment trend.
- Leisure Residences in prime locations: Rawai, Nai Yang, Kamala, Surin Beach, and Koh Kaew.
- Highlight Projects: Biancana Surin, Casa de Monte (Luxury Pool Villas in Koh Kaew), and THE TITLE Vivana Kamala.
