ASW demonstrated strong financial resilience in 2025, achieving:

- Net Profit: 1,078 million baht.
- Total Sales (Presales): 23,407 million baht (a 21% increase YoY).
- Proposed Dividend: 0.50 baht per share (XD date: April 30, 2026; Payment pending AGM approval on April 23, 2026).
Mr. Krovejek Viphanphong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), noted that Q4/2025 saw significant growth due to the accelerated transfer of ownership for THE TITLE Legendary Bang-Tao, Kave Wonderland, and Modiz Avantgarde, which were completed ahead of their original early-2026 schedule.
“Phuket has become our primary Growth Engine. By focusing on this strategic location with high-purchasing power and strong demand, we have successfully navigated a challenging economic landscape,” said Mr. Krovejek.
2026 Outlook: The Year of “All-Time High” Transfers
Despite global economic pressures, including trade wars and geopolitical shifts, ASW remains confident in its growth trajectory. The company enters 2026 with a backlog of 33,944 million baht, which will be recognized as revenue through 2028.
