Total Revenue of 2,162 Million Baht with 41% Gross Profit Margin

Strong Phuket momentum continues; 4 new projects set for transfer in Q2/2026 to drive revenue toward year-end targets.

AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW) reinforces its 5-year strength in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) by announcing Q1/2026 performance with a total revenue of 2,162 million baht, a 20% increase. The company maintained a high gross profit margin of 41%, supported by condominium transfers and a booming Phuket market during the high season. Moving into Q2, ASW plans to launch new projects in Phuket and prepare for the transfer of 4 newly completed projects worth 13,360 million baht. With a robust backlog of 38,010 million baht ensuring revenue through 2028, the company remains committed to financial discipline and inventory management. Government stimulus measures, including interest rate cuts and LTV extensions, are expected to boost consumer purchasing power, positioning the Phuket portfolio as a key “Growth Engine.”

  • Total Revenue: 2,162 Million Baht (+20% YoY)
  • Gross Profit Margin: 41% (Among the highest in the industry)
  • Net Profit: 230 Million Baht (+14% YoY)
  • Sales Performance: 6,854 Million Baht (37% of the 18,500 million baht annual target)
  • Total Backlog: 38,010 Million Baht (Recognizable through 2028)

Key Growth Drivers

Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, CEO of AssetWise PCL (ASW), stated that the revenue growth was driven by the commencement of transfers for several newly completed projects, including:

  • Modiz Avantgarde (Value: 1,800 MB)
  • Kave Luminous Bangmod (Value: 1,200 MB)
  • THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang (Value: 4,000 MB) – Developed by subsidiary Rhom Bho Property (TITLE), completed ahead of schedule.
  • Continued strong transfers from THE TITLE Legendary Bang-Tao and KAVE Wonderland.

“Phuket remains a high-potential strategic location. During the recent high season, our sales increased by 21% YoY through an efficient agent network and timely project delivery,” said Mr. Kromchet.


Outlook for Q2/2026 and Beyond

In the second quarter, ASW prepares to transfer 4 new projects with a combined value of 13,360 million baht:

  1. Modiz Vault Kaset-Sripatum: Near Kasetsart and Sripatum Universities.
  2. Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom: Campus condo near Silpakorn University.
  3. THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao: Leisure Residence in Phuket.
  4. THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang: Leisure Residence in Phuket.

Furthermore, ASW launched THE TITLE Vivana Kamala in April, a luxury Mediterranean-style leisure condominium valued at 2,000 million baht, located near Kamala Beach.


Strategic Confidence

The CEO highlighted that government measures—such as the policy interest rate cut to 1.00% and the extension of LTV relaxations until June 2027—will significantly reduce the burden on buyers.

With a total value of new projects to be delivered this year reaching an All-Time High of 26,760 million baht, ASW is confident in achieving its revenue and sales targets while maintaining sustainable growth.
