AssetWise Joins “Home for Everyone PLUS” Loan Scheme with 25 Condo Developments to Boost Affordable Housing Access
BANGKOK, THAILAND – AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading Thai residential developer, has announced its participation in the government’s “Home for Everyone PLUS” low-interest mortgage program. The company is enrolling over 25 quality condo projects, offering more than 5,000 units across its core brands—KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ. Positioned in strategic locations near educational institutions, mass transit lines, and major employment hubs in Greater Bangkok and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), units are priced between 1.39 and 3 million Baht. Through special financing from the Government Housing Bank (GH Bank), eligible buyers can access low interest rates of 2.6%–2.8% for the first two years, with monthly installments starting at 3,000–3,500 Baht per 1 million Baht borrowed, and loan terms extending up to 40 years, effective October 15, 2026.
Ms. Patcharika Prapanthwatana, Senior Managing Director of the Condominium Business Group at AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated that AssetWise enrolled 25 condominium developments into the scheme following Cabinet approval of GH Bank’s low-interest housing loan initiative for properties priced under 3 million Baht. The company aims to help elevate the quality of life for Thai citizens by making homeownership more accessible.
Participating condominium brands include KAVE and KAVALON (campus condominiums near universities), ATMOZ (resort-style condominiums with extensive common facilities), MODIZ (modern condominiums near transit lines), as well as Maroon Ratchada 32 and IVORY Ratchada – Ladprao. These developments cover high-potential locations across Bangkok and its vicinity, as well as the EEC region including Bangsaen, Sriracha, and Rayong.
The “Home for Everyone PLUS” program, managed by GH Bank, provides financing up to 3 million Baht per borrower with a maximum loan term of 40 years. The scheme features two interest rate tiers for the first two years:
- Relaxed Income Criterion: Fixed interest rate at 2.8% per annum for 2 years.
- Standard Income Criterion: Fixed interest rate at 2.6% per annum for 2 years.
