The company solidifies its brand image as the #BeautyQueenCondo and successfully connects with the beauty pageant community and the younger generation through creative activities throughout the competition.

Ms. Phatcharaphan Prapanwattana, Senior Managing Director of the Condominium Business Group at AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that AssetWise has consistently supported beauty pageants in collaboration with TPN Global for seven years. In 2026, the company stepped up as one of the main sponsors of “Miss World Thailand 2026” to provide a platform for Thai women to showcase their potential, share inspiration, and drive positive social change under the concept of Beauty with a Purpose.

“We believe that modern women possess more than just beauty; they are a driving force that inspires and creates real social impact. AssetWise aims to be a supportive space that fosters every dream and the growth of the younger generation,” said Ms. Phatcharaphan.

In celebration of her achievement, AssetWise congratulated “Nampeung – Kanteera Techaphattanakul,” Miss World Thailand 2026, by awarding her a 1-year free stay in an AssetWise condominium. This initiative aims to support her quality of life and assist in her preparation as the representative of Thailand on the global stage.

At the same time, the four runners-up—Malai – Malaika Khan, Kim – Jiraphat Datumma, Atina – Khonthorasphan Wasanaachasakul, and Benz – Pannika Bunsiritagorn—were also awarded a 1-year free stay in an AssetWise condominium. They are officially welcomed into the AssetWise Family to experience living under the corporate philosophy of “We Build Happiness,” through projects renowned for outstanding functional design, diverse common areas, and fully furnished units that cater to the lifestyle of the new generation. Following the pageant, they will participate in exclusive brand activities to foster long-term engagement between AssetWise and the beauty queen community.

Furthermore, AssetWise opened its luxury resort-style riverside housing project, “CHANN The Riverside Borommaratchachonnani,” situated by the Tha Chin River, to welcome all 23 contestants for an exclusive activity called “AssetWise Runway Battle.” Set against a scenic riverside backdrop, the project features a massive clubhouse spanning over 1,400 square meters equipped with luxury amenities. During the event, contestants showcased their walking skills, confidence, and wits on both the runway and in the half-Olympic-sized swimming pool, vividly reflecting each individual’s unique charm and personality.

Another key highlight was the “Multimedia Challenge by AssetWise,” which allowed contestants to demonstrate their potential as content creators. They created short videos reflecting their viewpoints, identities, inspirations, and actionable concepts for driving meaningful change and spreading positivity in society. This challenge perfectly mirrored the role of modern beauty queens who must communicate effectively, inspire others, and creatively connect with people via digital platforms. Judging was based primarily on content quality alongside social engagement metrics. The “Outstanding Creator Award” was presented to “Mind – Supitcha Pinthakesatrin,” who received a cash prize of 30,000 Baht, a fast-track pass to the preliminary round, and future collaboration opportunities with AssetWise.

Supporting this high-caliber national pageant marks another significant step for AssetWise in reinforcing its position as a real estate brand that deeply understands the lifestyle and needs of the younger generation.
