Assetwise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading lifestyle property developer, has received the “Sustainable Property Award” under the KKP Shaping Tomorrow 2025 program from Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited. The award was presented to “The Arbor Donmueang – Chaengwattana”, a premium single-house project that utilizes low-carbon construction materials to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable real estate development.
Representing the company at the award ceremony were Mr. Wut Wiphanpong, Deputy Chief Sustainability and Environmental Officer; Mr. Natthaphon Lakkhanalawan, Chief Accounting and Finance Officer; and Mr. Kriangsak Hiomtho, Senior Managing Director of Horizontal Housing and Phuket Business.
The Sustainable Property Award recognizes real estate projects that prioritize environmental responsibility and sustainable development. The Arbor Donmueang – Chaengwattana embodies the concept “Nature Creates Design”, seamlessly integrating nature into modern living. Each house features an Inner Courtyard on the second floor that allows natural light and greenery to flow throughout the space.
The project also emphasizes reducing environmental impact by selecting materials certified under the Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) program by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). These include certified products such as paint, lightweight bricks, ready-mixed concrete, reinforced steel, self-leveling mortar, lightweight plaster, and gypsum ceiling boards—aligning with Assetwise’s vision to create environmentally friendly and sustainable housing developments.
