The first step as the new head coach of “BG Pathum United” has once again drawn the attention of Thai football fans to “Coach Masatada Ishii,” who made a name for himself in the J.League and Thai League. The coach comes with a clear intention: “to develop Thai players to go further than before,” and he saw the potential of the BG Pathum team from the very first day he walked into the club.
In this endeavor, “AssetWise” has collaborated with the BG Pathum United club to support the coach by providing him with a Japanese-style furnished residence at “Esta Rangsit Klong 2” to ensure a perfect balance between work and full rest.
The highly experienced coach, Masatada Ishii, currently the head coach of BG Pathum United, still adheres to his fundamental principles: driving the players to improve and giving every footballer an opportunity, emphasizing that discipline is the heart of success. He brings a simple yet effective football philosophy: “Train fully – Eat well – Rest sufficiently.” This seemingly simple concept is the crucial foundation of professionalism.
“Players must get sufficient rest at home. Staying in a good home with a good atmosphere helps the body recover and be ready for the next day’s training. BG Pathum is a big team in the Thai League; many players have high potential. The team itself has complete equipment and a great training environment. I felt from the beginning that this is a team with a lot of potential for further development.”

Driven by the philosophy “Train fully – Eat well – Rest sufficiently,” Coach Ishii chose to reside in the Esta Rangsit Klong 2 project himself. AssetWise fully supports this decision by offering him a free stay for one full year to facilitate his work and travel throughout the season, while helping to create an ideal environment for planning the team’s strategies for the crucial missions ahead.
Aside from the privacy offered by the limited 142 units, Coach Ishii revealed another reason for choosing this project: “I don’t want to waste time traveling. This house is very close to the stadium, giving me more time to work. It’s like a small town here. I chose this house because it is quiet and peaceful. The size of the house is suitable, easy to maintain, and comfortable for living alone. I believe private time is important. I want to spend as much time as possible resting at home. A good home helps me relax and be ready for the next day. The house provided by the project stands out with its warm Japanese-style decoration, with natural wooden tones, providing a relaxing, peaceful feeling, and is perfect for resting after missions on the training field.”
