AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW) has officially been upgraded to a company credit rating of “BBB” with a “Stable” outlook by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. (upgraded from BBB- with a Positive outlook). This upgrade reflects the company’s solid financial foundation and continuous operational growth throughout its 5-year journey since listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Strategic Expansion into World-Class Destinations
AssetWise has continuously driven growth through a strategic location-centric development model covering Bangkok, the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). Furthermore, ASW has successfully expanded its investment portfolio to Phuket by acquiring shares in Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), an expert in real estate development in world-class destinations. Together, they have co-developed Leisure Residences under the “THE TITLE” brand, which has received exceptional feedback from both Thai and international buyers. In the Bangkok metropolitan area, the company continues to steadily transfer ownership of completed condominium units. In particular, the Kave brand has successfully established ASW as a market leader in the Campus Condo segment, winning strong popularity among students, the new generation, and parents. Other flagship brands, including Atmoz, Modiz, and The Honor, have also achieved great success in sales and value creation due to their prime locations, excellent designs, and superior product quality, serving as key drivers for the company’s sustainable growth.
Solid Revenue Visibility with a 38,010 Million Baht Backlog
As of the end of Q1/2026, AssetWise holds a robust revenue backlog valued at 38,010 million Baht, which will gradually be recognized as revenue through 2028. Highlights for the second half of this year include newly completed projects slated for ownership transfer:
- THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao: Valued at 6,000 million Baht
- THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang: Valued at 4,000 million Baht
Both Phuket projects have already achieved a combined sales rate of over 77%.
